Easy Futomaki,Thick Roll

How to make Futomaki
Ingredient
1.Sushi rice
2.Nori sheet
3.Tamago yaki(egg roll)
4.Kampyo
5.Shitake
6.Oboro
7.Kanikamaboko(crab stick)
8.Kyuri(cucumber)

Steps to Roll

Face the shiny side of the nori down, and the length (the longer side) of the nori facing you.
Apply the sushi rice as so. Leave about an 1/2 inch of open strip on the top. The thickness
of the rice should be about half an inch.


And then Place the long cucumber,kampyo,shitake,tamago yaki,crabstick and oboro.
Roll the seaweed layer over using the sushi mat, pressing the ingredients inside to make it a cylinder-shaped sushi.
Cut the roll into 8 pieces and serve with soy sauce,wasabi and ginger pickle
